For access, transcription, privacy, refund or billing help, use the secure same-origin feedback form and include the account email where we can reply.
Polar processes charges and approved refunds as merchant of record. We review each request using its purchase context and applicable law; we do not promise an automatic refund that the service cannot honor.
Never send card, bank, or identity documents through feedback. Polar and its hosted verification providers are the only place for payment or identity details.
